2 events: Cambuur Promotion & Liberation Festival, 1 joint entry.

Commissioned by the City of Leeuwarden, we at Event Control Center had the opportunity to contribute to two special occasions: the celebration of SC Cambuur 🟡🔵 following their promotion and the Liberation Festival.

Two completely different events, but with one thing in common: plenty of action, high pressure, and zero room for error.

From a city coming together en masse to celebrate a sporting victory to a festival centered on freedom—behind the scenes, it was all about oversight, coordination, and quick decision-making.

Event Control Center handled the entire setup, including CCTV cameras, a video wall, and Showcases, and provided robust connections to ensure that all partners involved could switch between feeds and collaborate in real time. We did all of this for the City of Leeuwarden, installing multiple Showcases in City Hall to enable immediate oversight and control during both events.
